# Chauffeur Booking Software (CBS) > Dispatch software for chauffeur and airport-transfer fleets, and the operator network > it connects to. 750+ companies and 8,500+ drivers, trading since 2021. Listed by > Booking.com as a connected dispatch system. ## What it does Bookings arrive from the operator's own website, their inbox, their phone and the network, and land in one list. Each job is assigned to one of their own drivers or to a partner company from the same screen. Drivers get the job on an iOS or Android app. There is a live map, per-booking profit and loss, and a performance score for each driver built from app usage, location sharing, trip events, jobs rejected and jobs completed. ## What it costs - **Partner — free.** Bookings received from the network are unlimited and free to run, with the full dispatch system, the driver app and the live map. The first 20 own bookings a month are included at the start. No setup fee. - **Dispatch — EUR 199/month.** Unlimited vehicles, bookings and drivers, plus your own online booking page. EUR 50 one-off setup fee. - Paid modules for things CBS runs on the operator's behalf: chat-first passenger support, phone system, OTA connections, extra locations, a white-label driver app, and passenger cover around the clock — our operators answering in chat, in the fleet's name, on hours agreed in advance. - No commission on fares. No per-vehicle charge. No trip caps. No contract — cancel any time. ## Who it is for Chauffeur, airport-transfer, private-hire and VTC operators running roughly 5–50 vehicles and more than 20 bookings a week, currently dispatching by phone, WhatsApp or a spreadsheet. Owner-drivers with one or two cars are better served by the free Partner tier than by the paid plan. ## The network B2B travel agencies use the network to find local transport partners, and operators look for cover in cities they do not serve themselves. CBS does not promise any volume of work to any partner: what membership provides is visibility. A person decides who to contact when work comes up. Network membership is visibility to CBS, not an alert a partner receives. - The 20-booking allowance is not metered or enforced by software today. - CBS does not guarantee bookings to network members, in any city, at any time.
