The base covers what it takes to win a booking and get it driven: work from every channel, dispatch, drivers, the mobile apps, the live map and your own booking page. Modules are the extras we run on your behalf, like passenger chat, phone lines and OTA connections. Most fleets never need one.

Dispatch on its own pays for itself somewhere between 20 and 40 bookings a month, depending on what you mark up. With your booking page taking direct work, fewer.

Unlimited drivers on every plan, including the free one. We do not charge per driver, and every driver you add makes the network more useful to everyone on it.
Modules
Advanced features for fleets running at volume, usually somewhere above a hundred bookings a day. Each one either takes cost out of the operation or takes work off your desk, and below that volume most fleets never add one. We'll tell you when one starts to make sense for the way you work.
A fifteen-car fleet that adds passenger chat pays €298/mo a month, plus €50 once to get set up.

Pay for ten months and get twelve, on the base and on every module. Cancel any time still means what it says: if you have paid for the year and you leave, we send back the months you haven't used. Two months free isn't a rope to tie you with.

Is it really flat? What if we have a busy summer?+
Flat. Unlimited bookings and unlimited vehicles on every plan. A good August costs you nothing extra, which is rather the point.
Is there a setup fee?+
€50, once, on the €199 plan. It covers getting your vehicles, drivers and prices into the system in your first week. The free Partner tier has no setup fee. If you need an integration built, that's quoted separately.
What if we add cars?+
Nothing changes. We don't charge per vehicle, so the twenty-fifth car costs the same as the fifth.
Do you take a percentage of our fares?+
Never. A flat monthly price and nothing else. We're not an aggregator and we don't want a cut of your work.
Are we tied in?+
No. Cancel any time, on any plan. There's no contract and no minimum term. If it's not working for you we'd rather know than hold you to it.
Can we drop a module later?+
Yes. Tell us before the month ends and it comes off the next invoice. Modules are independent, and nothing is bundled to force an upgrade.
What is actually free?+
The Partner tier. The full dispatch system, the driver app and the live map, free for every booking you receive from the network. No limit on those, and no commission on any of it. Unlimited drivers. You also get 20 of your own bookings a month.
What happens if I go over 20 of my own bookings?+
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. We talk to you about moving to the €199 plan. Work you received from the network never counts towards it, however much of it you take.
Which currency do you bill in?+
Euro. Your own bookings can be priced and reported in whatever currency you work in.
If I pay for a year and then cancel, do I lose the rest?+
No. We refund the whole months you haven't used. Paying annually is meant to be cheaper, not to be a way of keeping you. A discount that only works because leaving is expensive is a contract term pretending to be a saving.
There's also a free plan
It isn't a smaller version of this one. Partner is for carrying work that other operators send you, rather than running your own bookings: unlimited network jobs, no commission, and no card to enter. If you're driving one or two cars yourself, start there instead of here.
