For fleets that meet flights
Airport transfer software that keeps up when the flight moves
A transfer isn't a normal job. The pickup time belongs to an aircraft, the passenger has no local number, and half the bookings come from somebody else's website. CBS puts all of it in one list, with the flight on the booking and the job on the driver's phone.
Why transfers break ordinary dispatch
Most dispatch software assumes the pickup time is a time you picked. On a transfer it's a time an airline picked, and it moves. Send a driver on the original booking and he either waits ninety minutes in arrivals, or he gets there after the passenger has walked outside to look for him.
Then the work arrives from four places at once. A hotel emails, an agency rings, your own site takes a card, and Booking.com sends one through an API. Somebody in the office copies all of it into the same spreadsheet, and in August that person is why a transfer goes missing.
None of that is a scheduling problem. It's a problem of everything living somewhere different.
What CBS Dispatch does about it
See whether the flight is late before the car leaves
The flight number goes on the booking, and so does its live status. When a landing slips an hour you know while the driver is still at home, instead of hearing it from the driver standing in arrivals.
One list, whoever booked it
Booking.com, Trip.com and Transferz.com connect straight to your dispatch. Your own site, email, WhatsApp and the phone land in the same list beside them. Nobody retypes a transfer from one screen into another, so nobody drops one.
The driver gets the job, not a phone call
Pickup, terminal, passenger, flight number and your notes arrive on their phone, and accepting takes two taps. You see who accepted without asking. The app is included for every driver you run.
The passenger stops ringing you at six in the morning
They get the confirmation, then a message when the driver is on the way. Most of the "where is my car" calls are somebody who only wants to know it exists.
Know what the airport run actually earns
Every job carries what it brought in and what it cost to drive. The route you priced two years ago is either still worth doing or it is not, and now you can tell which.
When both cars are out at 6am
Pass the job to the network instead of giving it back to the customer as a no. Another fleet drives it at a price you agree, and the booking stays yours.
What it costs
€199 a month
Every driver, every vehicle and every booking channel included. No commission on what you take, and no seat count to watch in high season. Cancel any time — there's no contract and no minimum term.
If you run one or two cars, don't buy this
You already know where both cars are. Paid dispatch solves a problem you haven't got yet. Join the network free instead and take the transfers other fleets can't cover — dispatch, the driver app and the live map cost you nothing on every job the network sends you.
Join the network freeQuestions we get asked
- Does it track the flight?
- Yes. Put the flight number on the booking and CBS reads its live status, so you see a delay or an early landing before you send the driver. The flight number travels to the driver app too, so the person meeting the passenger has it in front of them.
- Do you connect to the big OTAs?
- Booking.com, Trip.com and Transferz.com connect straight to your dispatch today. Booking.com publishes the dispatch systems it works with: fifteen are on that list, and six are marked for both the driver app and rates over the API — CBS is one of the six. For a channel we haven't built yet, a custom connection is real paid work and we've done it twice in production. The price is on the pricing page.
- Do we pay per driver?
- No. €199 a month covers the fleet, however many drivers you run. A fleet that doubles for the summer pays the same in July as in February.
- We work more than one airport. Does that cost more?
- No. Airports and routes are not charged separately — run as many as you like from one base on the same plan. A location is a second city or a second brand with its own prices, regions and team, reported together or separately, and that is the only case where a second one is charged.
- We only do a few airport runs a week. Is this for us?
- Probably not yet. If you drive yourself, or run one or two cars, paid dispatch is more than you need. Join the network free instead and take the transfers other fleets cannot cover — dispatch and the driver app cost you nothing on those jobs.
