Travel agencies, corporate clients and other transport companies see your profile when they need a car where you work. Plenty of them choose individual drivers and small local companies. Your profile is what they judge that on, so the cities and vehicle types you list are worth getting right.

When a job comes up in an area you cover, the offer reaches you by email and in the app. It might be an airport transfer, a corporate account, or a booking from a travel agency. You see the route and what it pays before you decide. Accept it and it goes straight to your driver.

2Create your account
An email and a password. This is where your drivers and vehicles live.
3Add vehicles and documents
The fuller your profile, the more jobs you're a match for. Vehicles, hours, airport permits, and the licence and insurance your city requires.
4Start taking work
Each offer shows the route, the time and the price. Accept what suits you and it goes straight to your driver.

What it costs
Nothing. Membership is free and it stays free. You never pay to receive work, and there's no commission on any of it.
Where a paid plan starts
Bookings you receive from the network are unlimited and always free. You can also manage your own bookings in CBS Dispatch: the ones that arrive by email, phone or WhatsApp. Your first 20 a month are included. Past that a paid plan makes sense, and that's also where your own online booking page comes in, so passengers can book you directly. We don't ask for a card when you register and there are no hidden fees. If you do move to a paid plan, you'll be paying for something you've already used, and you can cancel any time.

Questions drivers and operators ask
Will I actually get bookings?+
We can't promise how much work you'll get. That depends on how busy your city is, and we don't control it. Here's what we do control. Operators looking for a car where you work see you. We tell you when a job comes up. And you carry a score built from answering, accepting, completing and keeping the app live, which operators sort by when they pick somebody. So we can't promise the work. We can tell you exactly what makes you the one they call.
Where does the work come from?+
Travel agencies and corporate clients book through CBS when they need a car in a city they don't cover: an agency in Germany booking a transfer in Faro needs somebody like you. Other transport companies on CBS send out the jobs they can't cover themselves, whether those came from their own website, a regular client or a booking site. Either way it reaches you the same: an offer with the route and the price, which you take or leave.
Is it really free?+
Yes, and it stays that way. Bookings you receive from the network are free to run. No subscription, and no commission on them. You pay only if you later decide to run your own bookings through CBS as well, and that's a separate choice you make when it suits you. The only thing we ask is that you turn up for what you accept.
Do I need a licence and insurance?+
Yes. You need whatever your city requires to carry passengers, and you add it to your profile. Operators are handing you their passengers and their customer, so it's the one thing nobody negotiates on.
Who can see my profile?+
Operators on CBS looking for cover in your areas. They see your company, your cities, your vehicles and whether you're verified. They don't see your prices or your own customers.
Who sets the price for a job I receive?+
You and the operator agree it before you accept. Nothing is fixed for you, and you can turn down any job.
How many drivers can I add?+
As many as you want, on every plan including this one. We do not charge per driver and we never will.
I drive on my own. Can I still join?+
Yes. Plenty of members are single drivers. Put your own name as the company. If you also work with other drivers nearby, tick the box on the form. It means we can send you bigger jobs.
Do I have to stop using my current system?+
No. Most members keep what they use now, and only move their own work across later, if ever.
What happens if I go over 20 of my own bookings?+
Nothing stops and nothing is charged without you agreeing to it. We get in touch about moving to the paid plan. Work from the network never counts towards the 20, however much of it you take.
