Booking.com and Trip.com, two-way
Jobs arrive as dispatch records. Driver details and live status go back the other way, over the same connection, without anyone opening the extranet.
Platform
Bookings can arrive from Booking.com, Trip.com, Transferz.com, your website, email, WhatsApp or the phone. CBS Dispatch turns them into the same kind of booking record, so the team is not copying details between tabs and messages.
Booking.com publishes the dispatch systems it connects to. Fifteen are on that list, and six are marked for both the driver app and rates over the API. CBS is one of the six.
Every booking becomes the same kind of dispatch record: route, passenger, price, driver, status and margin in one place.
Jobs arrive as dispatch records. Driver details and live status go back the other way, over the same connection, without anyone opening the extranet.
Your prices travel with the Booking.com connection rather than being re-keyed per job. It is the half of OTA integration most systems skip, and it is why the list marks only six of fifteen for it.
Agency and partner booking emails are read automatically and arrive as dispatch records. It is set up per sending system, because each one lays an email out differently. That is what makes it read them rather than guess.
Your own booking page sends jobs straight in. Phone and WhatsApp requests are entered once and run through the same dispatch flow.
See the phone system →A Booking.com job and a phone call become the same kind of record. What each one paid, what the driver cost and what you kept end up in one report.
Network bookings are free to run. Your own bookings are included up to 20 a month, then Dispatch is €199 a month. OTA connections are optional paid modules, priced per connected account.
Check the current pricingYes. The commercial relationship stays yours — Booking.com contracts with you as the transport supplier, and CBS is the dispatch system that connects to it. We are not reselling you Booking.com work, and any system that says it can give you an OTA contract is describing something else.
OTA connections move work you already receive into CBS Dispatch. The network is separate: other operators and travel agencies can find you when they need a car where you work. We can promise the connection. We do not promise volume, because that depends on demand in your cities.
Rates travel over the API. Booking.com marks which connected systems support that, and only six of the fifteen listed are marked for both rates and the driver app. Re-keying a price per job is the thing that makes OTA work feel like admin.
Yes, they are a paid module, priced per connected account because each one takes setup and support to get right. Website, phone and email bookings are part of the base dispatch and cost nothing extra. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Not once the sender is set up. Booking emails are read automatically and become dispatch records with the route, the time and the passenger already in place. Setup is per sending system, because each one formats an email its own way. That is the work, and it is why it reads them rather than guesses. Anything from a source we have not set up yet is typed in once, into the same list.
Yes, and nothing about that changes. A phone booking is typed once and becomes the same record as an OTA job. The separate phone module is for browser calling, local numbers, recordings and searchable call logs — useful, and not required for this.
No. You do not need a new website to use CBS. The booking page or widget connects to the site you already have.
They see the job, the route, the passenger and the time, in one app on iOS and Android. Which channel it arrived through is your business, not theirs, and it does not change how they accept or run it.
Probably not this part. OTA connections earn their keep at volume, and a single driver rarely has an OTA supplier account to connect in the first place. The free Partner membership is the better route. You join the network and get found by operators and agencies who need a car where you work. What you receive runs through the same dispatch the paying fleets use.
