CBS

Platform

The app your drivers will actually open

CBS gives your drivers one app on iOS and Android. A job arrives with the pickup, the passenger, the flight number and your notes, and accepting it is two taps. It is included in every plan, including the free one.

8,500+ active drivers across 750+ fleet companies use it. Both apps are public on the App Store and Google Play, which is a check you can make before speaking to us.

What it does

A dispatch system the drivers ignore is a spreadsheet with extra steps. Everything here answers one question: why would a driver open this instead of going back to WhatsApp.

The whole job on one screen

Pickup, drop-off, time, passenger, flight number and your notes. The details a driver would otherwise ring the office about are the ones already in front of them.

Two taps, and you know

Accept or pass. The office sees which, immediately, so a job nobody picked up is visible while there is still time to do something about it.

Location while they are online

The driver sets themselves online, and collection stops when they go offline. That is what puts the car on the live map and answers “where is my driver” without ringing anyone.

A reason to keep it open

Drivers carry a score built from accepting, completing and keeping the app live on shift, and they can see it. The ones who engage come up first when you assign, so using it properly is worth something to them.

Your name on it, if you want

A version published under your own name and icon on the App Store and Google Play, so your drivers install your app rather than ours. It is a module, not the default.

Fixes arrive without a store update

Corrections and improvements are delivered to the app over the air, so a driver does not have to be chased into an app store to get one. Bigger releases still go through the App Store and Google Play, the same as any app.

Who it is for

  • Fleets running the day through a WhatsApp group
  • Companies whose last dispatch system the drivers quietly stopped using
  • Operators with subcontracted drivers who are not on their payroll
  • Fleets meeting international flights, where the office fields every arrival question

Pricing context

The driver app is included in the €199 Dispatch plan and in the free Partner membership, with no per-driver charge and no cap on how many drivers you add. Publishing it under your own name and icon is a separate module.

Questions fleet owners ask

Will our drivers actually use it?+

A driver’s whole job is two taps, and if they already use WhatsApp for work this is easier. The part that changes behaviour is the score: opening the app and sharing location both count, and the drivers who engage come up first when you assign.

Does it track drivers when they are not working?+

No. Location collection is tied to the driver setting themselves online in the app, and it stops when they go offline. It is written down precisely in the app’s own privacy policy rather than left to one sentence on a marketing page.

Do we pay per driver?+

No. Drivers are unlimited on the Dispatch plan and on the free Partner membership. Charging per driver is what makes fleets ration who gets access, which defeats the point of everyone being on one system.

Can we have it under our own brand?+

Yes, as a module. Your name and icon on the App Store and Google Play, and your drivers install your app. Most fleets run the standard app first and add this once the operation is settled.

What about subcontracted drivers who are not ours?+

Partner operators run their own drivers in their own account, and you see the status on your booking without managing their people. Drivers you engage directly go in your account like any other.

What if a driver has an old phone?+

On Android it runs on 7.0 and later, which reaches back to handsets from 2016. For iPhones the current minimum is on the App Store listing, which is the version that is actually enforced. Data is the real requirement either way, and a driver working airports without a data plan will struggle with any modern dispatch system, ours included.

Does it drain the battery?+

Location on a long shift uses battery, and an app claiming otherwise is not being straight with you. It collects while the driver is online and stops when they go offline, which is the control that matters. Most drivers on airport work run a car charger anyway.

How do drivers get set up?+

You add them in dispatch, they install the app and sign in. There is nothing to configure per phone, so adding a driver on a Friday afternoon is a minute’s work rather than an IT task.
