Every job, every driver, one screen

CBS Dispatch is the screen your fleet runs the day on. Right now that screen is somebody’s phone, a group chat and a spreadsheet, and the whole day depends on one person remembering what is on it.

750+ fleet companies run their work on CBS, with 8,500+ active drivers between them. Since 2021.

What it does

Six things that are different on the Monday after you switch.

One tap, and the driver has the job

Pick a driver and send it. It arrives on their phone with the pickup, the passenger, the flight number and the notes, and you can see whether they accepted. No group chat, no ringing round to find out who is free.

See the driver app

Every booking in one list

Your website, your inbox, the phone on your desk, and the OTAs if you connect them. They arrive as the same kind of record, so nothing is retyped and nothing is missed because it came in the wrong way.

See how the channels connect

See where every car is

One map of the whole fleet, with who is free and who is on a job. When a passenger calls asking where their car is, you answer in a second instead of ringing the driver.

Know what you actually made

The fare, the driver pay and the partner cost sit beside the booking. You can see the margin on a job the day it runs, not when the month closes.

Send it out when you cannot cover it

Your own drivers and partner companies are in the same assign list. A job you cannot take goes to someone who can, without leaving the screen or losing the record.

Run the desk from a phone

It is a browser, not an installed system, and it works on a phone. Plenty of owners dispatch from the car between airport runs, which is the honest way this business is often run.

Who it is for

  • Fleets running roughly 5 to 50 vehicles
  • Companies still dispatching by WhatsApp, phone and a spreadsheet
  • Airport-transfer operators covering more than one city
  • Fleets that pass work to trusted subcontractors when they cannot cover it

Pricing context

Dispatch is €199 a month. No per-vehicle charge, no commission on your fares, no contract. Bookings you receive from the network are free to run on top of that, and so are your first 20 own bookings each month.

Questions fleet owners ask

How long before we are actually dispatching?+

Setup is your vehicles, your drivers and your prices, and it is done with you in the first week. Most fleets start with one team or one booking source and move the rest across once the dispatchers are comfortable. You do not have to switch everything on a Monday.

Will our drivers actually use it?+

It is one app, on iOS and Android, and a driver’s whole job is two taps. If they already use WhatsApp for work, this is easier. It also scores them on using it: opening the app and sharing location both count. The drivers who engage come up first when you assign, so there is a reason to bother.

Can I run it from my phone?+

Yes. It runs in a browser, so a phone or a tablet works as well as the office screen. Owners who dispatch between their own airport runs are a normal case, not an edge one.

Do we need to hire a dispatcher first?+

No. Plenty of fleets run it themselves at first and hire when the volume justifies it. The point of one screen is that it takes fewer people to hold the day together, not more.

Does it replace WhatsApp completely?+

It replaces WhatsApp as the place the work is controlled. Your team can still message each other, but the booking, the driver status and the passenger history stay attached to the job instead of scrolling away.

We already use another dispatch system. Is moving worth it?+

Only you can answer that, and we would rather ask what is not working before agreeing it is. Bringing years of prices, routes, drivers and booking history across is a one-off service rather than something you do alone on a weekend.

Is the partner network part of dispatch?+

Yes. Your own drivers and partner companies appear in the same assign list, and a job you cannot cover goes out from there. Bookings you receive from the network are free to run, however many you take.

We run one or two cars. Is this for us?+

Probably not this. Paid dispatch earns its keep somewhere around five cars and fifteen to twenty bookings a week. Below that, the free Partner membership is the better route. You get the same dispatch, the driver app and the live map, free for every booking you receive from the network.

See how this would fit your fleet

Tell us where your bookings come from and how many cars you can cover. We will show the parts that matter and leave out the ones that do not.

Tell us about your fleet

We read every one of these and come back within one working day. The questions are the ones we would ask on the call anyway.
